ABOUT
Built for my own company first. Every piece of it.
The origin story.
I'm Ricardo — a solopreneur who runs his whole business and life out of one structured Obsidian vault.
Indexed Brain wasn't designed as a product; it was survival. I have an ADHD brain running a one-person company: if the business lived in my head, the business was in trouble.
So I spent about six months building a structure where nothing depends on me remembering it — every file has a place, every place has rules, every process is visible on a map, and any AI I work with can read the whole thing.
Then people kept asking for the structure. This store is that answer, packaged properly: sanitized, documented, installable in an afternoon.
What this store is, and isn't.
It is
- The systems I actually run, sold as one-time downloads you own and modify.
- Gated: every product has to work in a stranger's fresh vault, not just mine, before it gets listed.
It isn't
- A template farm. Nothing here was made because a niche spreadsheet said it would sell.
- If I don't run it, it's not in the catalog.
- The things that are easy to rebuild yourself aren't sold here at all — they're free.
The ecosystem.

The systems
The systems I run are sold here — one-time, yours forever.
The software
The software side of this philosophy is being built at oknola.com.
